Refund & Cancellation Policy:

If I haven't started your work, I'll refund you in full. Once work begins (reconciling, filing, etc.), fees for completed work are non-refundable, as that work can't be undone. If I made an error, contact me within 14 days and I'll fix it free of charge. I don't offer refunds based on tax outcomes (refund size, amount owed), since results depend on your situation, not just accuracy. 

Privacy Policy:

At Koning Tax and Accounting, LLC, I protect your personal and financial information, including SSNs and tax records, used only to provide bookkeeping and tax services. I don't sell your data and share it only when required by law or to file your taxes. I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method is 100% secure. Contact me to access, correct, or delete your data.
